Toy Request Form

The Fountain Valley Fire Department has partnered with the Fountain Valley Community Foundation to distribute toys to nonprofit and community organizations in Fountain Valley this holiday season. Eligible nonprofit and community groups within the city are invited to submit the request form below.

Please note that while the Fountain Valley Community Foundation will make every effort to accommodate all requests, toy availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee that every organization will receive items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
