To help organizations make a greater impact and transform the lives of those in Fountain Valley.
The Fountain Valley Community Foundation is dedicated to providing assistance for non-profit organizations and local students to help make their dreams a reality. Through grants and scholarships, we are committed to working with our community members to supply funds needed to educate, grow and succeed.

How to Apply
Grants/Scholarships will be awarded once during each quarter of the year. Deadline for application is: January 1st; April 1st; July 1st; October 1st of each year.
Grantseekers are encouraged to review the guidelines carefully then submit a proposal. If you would like to submit a letter of inquiry you may do so. The Foundation Board of Directors meets the third Thursday of each month. Your letter must be received no later than the Friday preceding the Board meeting so that the letter can be submitted as part of the Board’s meeting packet.
Fountain Valley Community Foundation Grant
These are monies set aside in the Foundation General Fund to be awarded to those who apply and meet the guidelines of our grant giving parameters.
The Bill Cameron Memorial Scholarship Fund
This scholarship has been set up in honor of Bill Cameron who was an active community volunteer and loved to help others engage in Fountain Valley programs and activities. The scholarship provides needed financial assistance for those wishing to participate in classes and programs provided by FV Parks and Recreation.
Hyundai Community Grant
Funded by Hyundai Motor America, the grant program will be distributed through the Fountain Valley Community Foundation in accordance with set guidelines. Applicants must live in or serve the community of Fountain Valley.
