The Fountain Valley Community Foundation has made a commitment to promote and raise funds for the building of a new Performing Arts and Martial Arts Center at the Kingston Branch of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley in the FV Sports Park on Brookhurst. The “Clubhouse Academy” has been operating behind FV City Hall in a leased space for almost 20 years. It is now time to bring the program home to the Kingston Branch and to do that, we need your help.
What happens at the Clubhouse Academy? The world of performing arts as well as martial arts is made available to our youth and provides a place to belong, grow, perform, and learn. The arts are a great way to improve communication skills, build confidence, learn new skills, have fun and so much more. Programs are often free, low-cost, or attainable through a scholarship program.
